First, working jointly with BrandZen’s founders through discovery exercises, we revealed core positioning. Next, defining target personas and mapping detailed journeys to crystallize functionality requirements for their brand strategy platform.
With research and user flows set, we translated our findings into UX prototype and content framework. This startup toolkit was crafted intentionally to make pitching intuitive and persuasive.
