A2Z Peptides
How did we help:
A2Z Peptides partnered with Sol Agency to launch a research peptide e-commerce brand from the ground up. The project required more than a storefront — it demanded a secure, scalable infrastructure capable of handling high-risk payment processing, inventory synchronization, compliance-forward messaging, and subscription-ready architecture.
We built a fully integrated WooCommerce ecosystem connected to Zoho for accounting and inventory, engineered custom workflows for order management, and developed a brand identity that balances scientific credibility with modern e-commerce usability.
The result is a performance-driven platform designed to scale — operationally and commercially.

Launching a peptide brand requires navigating regulatory sensitivity, merchant risk, and backend operational complexity. Our strategy focused on three pillars:
- Infrastructure First – Build a stable WooCommerce + Zoho system before scaling marketing.
- Compliance-Aware UX – Structure product messaging for research-use positioning while maintaining clarity and conversion.
- Operational Automation – Sync inventory, orders, invoicing, and fulfillment workflows to reduce manual overhead.
We structured the build so WooCommerce serves as the system of record for products and SKUs, with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory handling accounting and stock logic. Every process was mapped before implementation — from product creation to fulfillment confirmation.

A2Z Peptides required a brand identity that felt clinical, credible, and trustworthy — without drifting into pharmaceutical aesthetics.
We developed:
- A clean, science-forward logo system
- Minimalist packaging direction for vial labels
- A neutral, laboratory-inspired color palette
- Structured typography optimized for technical product descriptions
- A visual system that prioritizes clarity and authority
The brand language emphasizes precision, research integrity, and operational transparency — aligning with a research-use-only product model.

The WooCommerce store was built with performance, compliance, and flexibility in mind.
Key UX considerations included:
- Structured product pages with Overview, Molecular Structure, Areas of Research, and Disclaimer sections
- SKU-first product architecture to sync cleanly with Zoho
- Stock tracking enabled at the Woo level to push inventory downstream
- Conditional messaging based on payment method
- Streamlined checkout experience optimized for ACH and high-risk merchant configurations
We also engineered:
- Order status sync logic between WooCommerce and Zoho
- Custom workflows to prevent premature order closure before payment confirmation
- Inventory validation safeguards
- Email notification flows tied to shipment status
The result is a backend that works as reliably as the frontend appears.

Beyond infrastructure, we prepared A2Z for scalable growth:
- Subscription-ready product structure
- Affiliate program architecture planning with tiered commission logic
- Email drip framework for post-purchase engagement
- Google Ads readiness (tracking, UTMs, GA4)
- Structured product category mapping for future SEO expansion
The system was designed not just to sell products — but to support recurring revenue and channel diversification.
